The development incorporates a comprehensive healthcare program featuring consultation rooms, a light surgery suite, pathology facilities, nursing stations, reception and waiting areas, administration offices, staff amenities, accessible patient facilities, and dedicated basement parking. Defined by a refined architectural language of clean rendered facades, natural stone feature elements, contemporary metal roofing, and integrated landscaping, the building establishes a strong civic presence while maintaining a calm and approachable character. The design prioritises accessibility, operational efficiency, and patient comfort, creating a high-quality healthcare destination tailored to the growing needs of the local community.
